Our client is a large US CLO fund with a significant European presence through their London office. They are looking for an experienced credit analyst to join the Capital Markets team, working on investment origination, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring. The Capital Markets Group invests up and down the debt structure using fundamental credit analysis to identify relative value investment opportunities – typically with a long-term hold period.
To be considered for this position you should:
- Be an experienced credit analyst from a banking desk (DCM, Lev Fin, Loan Syndication, Credit Trading) or an investment analyst at a credit hedge fund.
- Have at least five years experience in the credit space
This hire is part of the funds strategic growth into the European debt markets. The successful applicant will be working on a small, dynamic investment team which looks at a variety of debt situations – including distressed. The team has a relatively flat hierarchy though the successful applicant will be working directly alongside the Portfolio Manager for all aspects of credit investing.
